Here are 4 Ways to begin leaving feeling burned out in the past!
1. Say "NO"
Get comfortable with saying no to additional tasks and/or favors that you truly do not have the time or capacity to complete without running yourself thin!
Use the time you have gained back from over extending yourself to say "YES" to the activities or task you have put off that you have been longing to do!
3.GO ON "DND"
Utilize your phone's "Do not Disturb" feature during times of rest and relaxation!
4.Create and stick to your self-care routine
