Our fee structure is highly competitive, offering you a greater percentage than most group practices. We work with both 1099 contractors and W2 employees, depending on your needs. Contractors can set your own rate for clients. We can provide office space or you can choose to be a Telehealth only practitioner.

As a self-pay organization, we have minimized the paperwork required, so you can focus your time directly on your clients. It also means that we do not have to wait for insurance reimbursement which allows for payments to be processed for you more quickly. Payments to you are made through direct deposit and 1099s are completed in early January.

Therapists at Counseling at The Green House are committed to ongoing growth personally, professionally, and spiritually. When you work with us, you agree to invest in trainings rather than seeking cheap CEs and utilize the individual and group consultation opportunities. CE and training opportunities will also be available to all team members. Self work and personal therapy are also highly encouraged. We cannot lead people to a place of healing that we do not know how to reach.

Counseling at The Green House is a Judeo-Christian organization. We want to be able to address the whole person and be willing to address spiritual topics with clients who find value in that, without pushing clients who do not wish to discuss spirituality or religion.

Adoption competency

The need is high for therapists who are truly adoption competent. An introduction to adoption competency training will be provided to all of our therapists, as well as ongoing consultation. Special consideration is given to those that want to specialize in Adoption Therapy, particularly members of the adoption constellation.

There is also a need for representation for transracial adoptees in counseling. Clinicians of color who wish to specialize in adoption are also highly encouraged to reach out.

Brainspotting

The Founder & Executive Director of Counseling at The Green House, Brooke Randolph, is a Brainspotting Trainer and Consultant. All team members are highly encouraged to participate in Brainspotting trainings, utilize the unique opportunity for ongoing learning in Brainspotting and access to consultation.

Practice Excellence

What does it mean to practice excellence? Research points to the strength of the therapeutic relationship and deliberate practice by the counselor outside of session as the main factors in the most effective therapists. While we all want to be effective, we can run out of time for contemplation, reading, training, and consultation, particularly when caseload demands are too high. At Counseling at The Green House we seek to support you in reaching your highest potential in the areas of specialization that you choose.

The biggest benefit of transitioning from a solo practice to a group practice for me has been the opportunity to work with so many people that I like and respect. I believe I am a very accessible leader who welcomes and models open, honest communication. I want you to have the flexibility that you need to find a work-life balance that helps you offer your best to clients.

I am passionate about investing in my team and my consultees to help them practice excellence in their services to clients. It is a joy for me to receive wonderful feedback from clients and other professionals about my team and the work that they do. I love providing opportunities for growth and elevation.

At this time we are particularly seeking child specialists, and those who want to specialize in working with the adoption constellation.
