I am an interracial adoptee from China and am in my internship for my mental health counseling masters from IU South Bend! I love exploring and educating about abandonment, attachment, and identity formation as a Chinese person raised by Caucasian parents. I believe that though many are trauma informed, the amount that are adoption informed is significantly less, and it’s an honor to be able to provide a service where an adoptee will hopefully feel validated and understood enough to share their thoughts and feelings. In my free time I love to play pickleball and watercolor. I am a camp counselor at heart and love anything outdoors or crafty. I can’t wait to work with you!
