I like picturing Brainspotting through images. I see the work clients & their brains put into Brainspotting as an artist with a chisel...

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor. I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University. I have completed Phase 1 & 2 training in the practice of Brainspotting and am currently in the process of becoming certified. I have been working in the addiction and recovery field for five years. Through this experience, the relationship between unprocessed trauma and healing has become evident. Whether individuals are pursuing recovery from addiction-related issues or other life concerns, Brainspotting can be a wonderful tool to address unprocessed trauma. Brainspotting evokes naturally-occurring processes within the brain and body to engage in self-repair. I believe each client I see deserves treatment unique to their own growth.
