My desire is to create a safe space that allows clients to navigate through pain they are carrying. We often do not deal with our emotions well and stuff them away. When these emotions emerge later, it can be overwhelming. I want to help clients identify and process these emotions so that they can live the healthiest life possible. I believe creating an empathetic environment where clients can explore thoughts and feelings is an important step towards healing. My hope is to sit with those who have experienced hard things and help them to feel that they are not alone. I believe in a collaborative process using mindfulness and CBT.

I am a Graduate Intern, a former foster mom, and an adoptive mom. I am passionate about advocating for and helping children and their families.
