Life’s transitions often test our capacity for connection. Whether navigating cultural differences in a partnership, rebuilding after disconnection, or adjusting to the changes of pregnancy and parenthood, Erin Myers helps clients develop the tools and insight to create relationships that feel secure, balanced, and authentic.
Erin's clinical work centers on couples, individuals, and families experiencing relational strain or major life changes. She has particular expertise in intercultural relationships, international transitions, and perinatal mental health.
Erin's approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based methods, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Brainspotting. Erin integrates relational and somatic frameworks to help clients not only understand their patterns but experience lasting change in how they relate to themselves and others.
Erin holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate working under supervision toward full licensure. She is Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and Brainspotting, trained in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and has advanced training in adoption, trauma, and cross-cultural adjustment.
Erin's work is guided by the belief that meaningful change happens through safety, insight, and connection—and that every relationship, including the one we build in therapy, can be a catalyst for growth.
