I am passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate developmental milestones, improve their mental health, and explore their identity. Outside of private practice, I have been a licensed professional school counselor for eight years and have experience working with clients in middle school, high school, and college. I deeply value personal growth, in both my private and professional lives. To that end, I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in counselor education and supervision. I currently hold a Master of Science of Education degree in Counselor Education from IUPUI (2013) while working toward a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision through the University of the Cumberlands. In addition to the LPSC license, I am licenses as a licensed mental health counselor associate working under supervision.
I approach counseling with a trauma-informed lens and a focus on solutions that help clients identify and build on existing strengths. I look forward to helping my clients learn skills and strategies to improve their well-being and manage the challenges they may face.
