Brooke Randolph, NCC, LMHC, LIMHP, LPC, LPCC-S
Executive Director
-
Adoption Therapy Expert with over 20 years experience
-
Approved Brainspotting Consultant & Trainer
-
Certified Imago Relationship Therapist
My primary areas of expertise include adoption & foster care, developmental trauma, and Brainspotting. I am Certified in Brainspotting and Imago Relationship Therapy, trained in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Interventions) and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), experienced with Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), a facilitator for Prepare/Enrich and Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP). I also consider myself trauma-based, IFS-informed, and Polyvagal-informed. I am an adoption competent therapist who graduated from the accredited Training for Adoption Competency. I currently serve on the boards for Mallory's Mission and Adoption Knowledge Affiliates. I am licensed in the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Texas, Nebraska, and Massachusetts.
My clients are mostly adult adoptees and foster and adoptive parents seeking support and doing their own work. I also work with physicians, scientists, clergy, executives, immigrants, professional athletes, and other therapists and clinicians. I often work with intercultural and interracial couples seeking a more conscious, connected relationship. I always enjoy working with readers, thinkers, questioners, and list-makers – whose who are intentional about their therapeutic journey. I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling degree at Ball State University in 2005; however, both therapeutically and personally, I am committed to never stop learning and growing.
I am a single adoptive mom, kinship care guardian, and a committed adoptee advocate. I adopted an older child internationally through a pilot program. I work to maintain an open international adoption and promote family preservation.
