We are seeking a full time counseling therapist based in Alexandria, Indiana, to be a part of an exciting new wellness team. We are seeking someone with an active Indiana license. Independently licensed professionals can choose W2 or 1099, depending on your needs. Our fee structure is highly competitive, offering you a greater percentage than most group practices.

Our team members have the flexibility to set their own schedules and prioritize their mental health, including utilizing telehealth or office space. Ongoing professional consultation, individually and as a group, and CE and training opportunities are available to all team members. CE reimbursement is also available to team members. Counseling at The Green House is a Judeo-Christian organization. We want to be able to address the whole person and be willing to address spiritual topics with clients who find value in that, without pushing clients who do not wish to discuss spirituality or religion.
The Founder & Executive Director of Counseling at The Green House, Brooke Randolph, is a Brainspotting Trainer and Consultant. All team members are highly encouraged to participate in Brainspotting trainings, utilize the unique opportunity for ongoing learning in Brainspotting and access to consultation.
